Complimentary Support for Eligible Veterans: Veterans who complete a coaching package receive one additional integration session after completing the 4-session package or two after completing the 8-session package.
These sessions offer time to reflect on progress, work through challenges that arise in daily life, and strengthen the practical use of what you’ve learned. Together, we’ll revisit useful tools, recognize changes, and identify next steps that support resilience, self-trust, and continued forward movement.
